Here at Springfield, we are able to offer our patients a more comfortable alternative to having Dental Impressions.
Scanning teeth is faster, less invasive, and eliminates the need for taking any impressions.
The 3shape trios scanner is designed to take 3D colour images of your teeth, taking thousands of pictures per second, with no harm and complete safety for the patient.
We are then able to send the scan immediately from a chairside computer device, straight to the dental laboratory. This faster more environmentally friendly approach is also more accurate than conventional impressions.

- More comfortable treatment for patients, especially for those that suffer with their gag reflex, therefore making those longer appointments at the dentist more enjoyable and bearable.
